Single Point of Contact

All candidates will be represented by the GemTeq consultant that interviewed them. Our consultants will put you forward for all opportunities where you are a strong match for the role. If you see other vacancies being advertised then the consultant that interviewed you is your single point of contact for these vacancies.

Confidentiality

All Candidates that apply through Gemteq Executive are assured of strict confidentiality. Candidate’s resumes or personal information will only be provided to clients after gaining our candidates approval to do so. Referees will only be conducted at client request and will be coordinated by your consultant.

Thorough Briefing

All candidates that are successful in making our short-lists and gaining client interviews can expect a full and thorough briefing on the job opportunity. This will include both the tangible job specifications as well as the clients intangible requirements such as cultural and personality fits.
