Production Manager required for our Seven Hills location. Originally a family owned business beginning in 1894, a leader within the Australian food industry, supplying great consumer and customer service of high quality, safe foods into the Australasian Market.

We are looking for an Experienced Production Manager to take over our Seven Hills site. You will be responsible for the complete manufacturing and production team from start to finish.

• You need to be currently working in a Production Manager role with experience in short shelf life perishable products.
• This is an industry specific role and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
• You will be in charge of the entire Production/Assembly Team.
• You need to have Great Time Management as you will be required to meet critical deadlines.
• It is preferred you have experience in Multisite Management.
• You need to be prepared to put in the extra work to meet deadlines, including weekend work.
• Batch Processing Production Line – Pre-Planning, Time Management, People Management is a MUST.
• You must be adaptable to change & be autonomous in your role.

You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager. This role requires someone who is experienced in FMCG/perishable products. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for experienced Production Managers so if this is not in your CV then this wont be the role for you.
