PRODUCTION MANAGER - FMCG

Production Manager required for our Seven Hills location. Originally a family owned business beginning in 1894, a leader within the Australian food industry, supplying great consumer and customer service of high quality, safe foods into the Australasian Market.

You need to be currently working in a Production Manager role with experience in short shelf life perishable products.

• This is an industry specific role and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
• You will be in charge of the entire Production/Assembly Team.
• You need to have Great Time Management as you will be required to meet critical deadlines.
• It is preferred you have experience in Multisite Management.
• You need to be prepared to put in the extra work to meet deadlines, including weekend work.
• Experience in Batch Production is necessary
• Focus on operational productivity and process improvement

• Based in the Seven Hills reporting to Site Manager
• Safely lead a food production team in accordance to OH&S
• Employee development, training and succession is your responsiblilty
• Effectively collaborate with Regional, State and National Functions
