Senior Role - Production Manager

This role is located in our Seven Hills location. Beginning in 1895 this well known Australian Company is looking to expand their product range through their portfolio of known brands. This is a great opportunity for the right person.... So what does the right person look like??

· Experience as a Production Manager dealing with batch production of short shelf life perishable foods. This is a MUST.

· Along with your experience in this field, you will need to bring people management skills of teams over 40.

· Evidence of successful Time Management - This role has critical deadlines & we need someone who is use to the pressure of a senior role.

· You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager.

· Multisite Management Experience will be highly regarded.

· Batch Processing Experience is essential - this is not a continuous production line.

· Your experience in adaptability to change, thinking quickly on your feet & monitoring changing circumstances is essential.

· Your commitment to the role will make you very successful - this is for the hard workers, some weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.
